No Refunds or Returns
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any electric bikes, scooters, skateboards, or repair services. All sales are final once a purchase has been made.
Exceptions
Refunds or returns will only be considered in the following cases:
- If required by law due to product defects that fall under our 60-Day Limited Warranty.
- If a product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery and reported within 48 hours of receipt.
- In cases where we are legally required to offer a refund under consumer protection laws.
Warranty Claims
For any issues related to product defects, please refer to our 60-Day Limited Warranty. Claims must be made within the warranty period and are subject to inspection and approval.
