Waiver

By submitting a repair order, you agree to the following:
Acknowledgment of Risk: I understand the risks associated with electric bikes and scooters, including potential injuries or damages after repairs.
Release of Liability: I release Rail Trail Ebikes from all liability for injuries or damages resulting from the repair, including negligence, but excluding gross negligence.
No Warranty: Repairs are provided “as is,” without warranties on safety or durability.
Indemnification: I agree to indemnify Rail Trail Ebikes against any claims arising from the repair or future use of the bike/scooter.
Repair Costs: I accept the labor rates: $70/hour for mechanical work, $90/hour for electrical and programming. Additional charges may apply for extra work.
Governing Law: This agreement is governed by New Hampshire law.
